The pressure pipe borosilicate glass sight glass is made through physical reinforcement and tempering process, and is used as the sight glass of the pressure pipe (or container) observation hole. The maximum allowable working temperature of this product does not exceed 280℃, and the working pressure is lower than 5.0MPa.

Performance introduction of pressure pipe borosilicate glass sight glass:

1. Visible light transmittance (2mm): ≥90%

2. Thermal shock resistance: can withstand the temperature difference of 230℃±2℃ without cracks and damage

3. Flexural strength: ≥110MPa

4. Average thermal expansion coefficient (20℃~300℃): 5.5×10-6/K

5. Safe working temperature: ≤280℃ (300 hours continuous use at 280℃)

6. Chemical stability: water resistance meets the requirements of BGB1 in GB/T6582; acid resistance meets the requirements of Na2O precipitation measured in GB/T6581 should exceed 10μg/cm2; alkali resistance meets the requirements of A2 in GB/T6580.
